  1. 1 of 4 · How do you define good care?

    Experience, education, and results — together.

    A kind visit that you did not understand is not enough. A perfect lab number you cannot afford to keep is not enough. We work on all three: how the visit felt, whether you can follow the plan, and whether you got healthier.

    If one of those is missing, tell us which one. We can usually fix a ride, a sheet, or a follow-up faster than you think.

  2. 2 of 4 · Do you measure this?

    Yes — waits, follow-up, and whether you came back.

    We watch wait times, whether you got a next appointment soon, and whether people keep coming. We also look at things like blood sugar and blood pressure for the whole clinic — to see if the community is getting healthier, not only one person.

    Your name is not put on a billboard. The clinic uses those pictures to improve how we work.

  3. 3 of 4 · Is affordable medicine part of quality?

    Yes. A plan you cannot fill is not a plan.

    Sliding fee and our in-house pharmacy exist so the bottle can sit on your table. Ask if a medicine can cost less. Bring every bottle to the visit, including ones from a big-box store.

    Food, housing, and rides are part of quality too. If you cannot get to the clinic or eat what the plan assumes, say so. We have people and partners for that.

  4. 4 of 4 · Who is on my team?

    A clinician, and often a CareCoach, nurse, counselor, or pharmacist.

    You should know the names. If you do not, ask at the desk. Your CareCoach helps between visits. A pharmacist can sit with the bottles. Counseling is available when mood or stress is part of the picture.
