1 of 4 · Will you see me if I cannot pay?
Yes. Sliding fee is how we do that.
We do not turn you away because of money, citizenship, or other limits that close doors elsewhere. If your household income is limited, a sliding-fee discount may lower what you owe — sometimes to no copay. Ask at the desk even if you have Medicare or Medicaid.
You will be asked to update your financial information about once a year. That is how the discount stays fair. For an appointment, call (352) 565-7342.
2 of 4 · How soon can I be seen?
We aim for a visit within a day or two.
Our goal is that you see a clinician as soon as we can — ideally within about 24 hours, and not more than about two clinic days from when you need care.
Hours have been weekdays. We are working toward longer days and weekend time so you are less likely to need the emergency room for something we can handle here.
3 of 4 · What if you do not offer what I need?
We help you get it — we do not shrug.
Some services live in other buildings: a specialist, a hospital stay, certain labs, or dental that we do not yet do in-house. Your team helps with a referral, a ride, or a partner clinic.
Tell us if you need a ride, language help, or a lower-cost medicine. That is part of getting you in — not extra paperwork you have to invent.
4 of 4 · Who do I call?
The clinic — and 988 if it cannot wait.
