For you and your family · Patient satisfaction

Shorter waits, a next visit soon, and privacy you can count on.

Satisfaction is not a smiley face at checkout. It is whether you waited too long, whether the next appointment was weeks away, and whether your information stayed private. We will also ask if the week actually worked for you.

  1. 1 of 4 · What are you trying to fix for me?

Wait time, the next slot, and privacy.

We measure how long you wait and work to shorten it. We aim to schedule you within about two clinic days of when you need care — not a month out if we can help it.

Your health information is private. Staff are trained on that. You can ask who can see your chart.

  2. 2 of 4 · How do you hear from me?

A short survey — not only Google.

Online reviews matter, but they are not the whole story. We may ask whether we listened to your ideas, offered choices, helped you set a goal, and followed up.

Answer honestly. It helps the next person in the waiting room too. You will not be punished for a hard answer.

  3. 3 of 4 · What if the wait is still long?

Tell us. We add people when the calendar slips.

If you cannot get in within a couple of clinic days, say so at the desk or at (352) 565-7342. We use that information to add hours and staff.

If a ride or language is the real delay, say that too. We can often help with both.

  4. 4 of 4 · Does a “good lab number” mean I was satisfied?

No. The next visit is still the test.

A better A1C or blood pressure is important. Satisfaction is also whether you got the medicine, understood the plan, and have a name to call.

If we send you a one-page sheet, it should be in words you can use at home. Ask us to go over it.
